১. ৪৮ ঘণ্টার Money-Back Guarantee
Hosting বা Server service purchase করার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে refund request করা যাবে। Terms & Conditions ভঙ্গ করা হলে এই সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
2. 15-Day Refund Policy
After 48 hours and within 15 days, customers may request a refund for eligible Hosting or Server services. The refund will be calculated after deducting the used service period.
২. ১৫ দিনের Refund Policy
৪৮ ঘণ্টা পার হওয়ার পর এবং ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে eligible Hosting বা Server service-এর refund request করা যাবে। ব্যবহৃত সময়ের service charge বাদ দিয়ে অবশিষ্ট amount refund করা হবে।
